Recently we went to the Waikato Museum to see an exhibition showing many of Leonardo da Vinci's inventions. Did you know he invented a sort of helicopter and the first hand-glider? Because we are learning how to use Google Apps for education, we took what we had learnt about da Vinci, and made a slide show collaboratively in a group.
For the next few weeks we are going to learn more about the 6 simple machines (many of which da Vinci used in his inventions) and we are going to have a science fair at the end of our learning to showcase what we have learnt.
